To say 2020 has been an unusual year, is an understatement at best. We realize how challenging it has been for all of us, and we want you to know that we have taken many additional steps to help make your visit much safer, during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to requiring face covering for anyone to enter the office, we have also taken each patient and staff members temperature before entering, minimized the use of the waiting room, given all patients an antiseptic mouth rinse before treatment, and installed State of the Art Air filtration Systems in all operatories, which cleanse the air every fifteen minutes. This was not a requirement, however, we felt that going the “extra mile” would make everyone a little more comfortable. This is all in addition to the universal precautions we have always used.
We want to remind those of you with dental insurance, that your benefits do not carry over to the next year. Any remaining 2020 benefits will be lost at year end. Now is the perfect time to utilize the 2020 benefits, in addition to the upcoming 2021 benefits. As always, there will be a rush to schedule at the end of the year, so take advantage now, to maximize your benefits, before the appointment book is completely full. Doing some treatment is always better than nothing.
